Traditional terraced house dating back to 1700's, three houses back from the beach!

Accommodation

Downstairs accommodation comprises an entrance vestibule with doors leading to the left to a large formal dining room with fitted kitchen to the rear and to the right, to a large double bedroom, single bedroom and shower room with WC. The kitchen leads onto a decking area and large garden with of course the sounds and sights of the sea.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a family bathroom and a sitting room and a study which gives access to the fabulous balcony which enjoys panoramic views of Elie and Earlsferry beaches. The sitting room too with its wonderful window seat looking onto Elie Beach.
