The accommodation comprises on the ground floor level of entrance vestibule, bathroom (with a quality wall mounted shower over the bath), open plan sittingroom / diningroom / well equipped fully fitted kitchen with door to rear garden.  Double bedroom with king sized double bed and fitted wardrobe.

The upper level accommodates the two further bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. 

Externally there is a lovely terraced and decked garden with a central seating area surrounded by thoughtfully planted and well stocked flower beds.

50% deposit to secure a booking.
Changeover days : Generally Saturday to Saturday.

What's included in the rental : Linen and towels, along with a Welcome Folder (which is sent out once the deposit is received) - this includes details of where to eat in the vicinity, golf courses, art galleries, local shop and tourist information etc.
