Accommodation

On entering the property there is a downstairs loo on the left hand side and the utility room to the right.  The kitchen, which has a breakfast bar, may be accessed through the utility room, or a further door from the hall.  A light bright hall leads straight ahead to the spacious diningroom, from which you enter the sittingroom and then through into the conservatory.  From the hall you also have access to the staircase.

A lovely staircase leads you from the first floor level where you will find three double rooms, two of which have king size beds.  There is a family bathroom to the rear with electric shower over the bath.  Just by the bathroom there is a staircase that leads you up to the top of the house where you will find a lovely bright large bedroom with ensuite shower room.

The beautifully kept gardens are laid with a rockery well maintained lawn with fruit trees, herbaceous and perennial planting to provide year round interest.

A gate to the rear of the garden leads directly onto the golf course.

What's included in the rental : Linen and towels, along with a Welcome Folder (which is sent out once the deposit is received) - this includes details of where to eat in the vicinity, golf courses, art galleries, local shop and tourist information etc.
