On the ground floor the accommodation comprises entrance porch, hall, large open plan L-shaped living room/dining room with French doors from the dining area out to garden and a door giving access to conservatory. The kitchen also has a back door to the patio area. The shower room is on the ground floor. The upper level accommodates the 3 bedrooms (one double, one with twin beds and one bunkbedded room).  Two of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.  There is also a family bathroom upstairs.  At the front of the property there is a spacious drive allowing for off street parking for 2 cars.
