Upstairs accommodation comprises two bright and airy double bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables and good reading lights.  Off the hall is a further bathroom (with Jack and Jill doors) - brightly lit with a large powerful 1200 shower (off the mains) area and well lit mirror within the vanity unit.

The main living area is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen (the owner loves to cook, so well stocked too!) oven hob and hood, large fridge freezer, microwave and full size dishwasher.  Plenty of cooking surfaces and sharp knives!  Dining table and six chairs.  Two double leather sofas, 32 inch TV with SKY plus and DVD.  Wireless Broadband has also been installed.

As well as being an abundance of hot water, this well insulated house is brightly lit throughout, with plenty of electric sockets and good reading lights.  Modern in build but with character a homely atmosphere.

Dorwood is tastefully decorated and full of fun art, paintings and quirky object d'art!  Only one hour from Edinburgh and 8 miles from St Andrews, a perfect base for a Scottish holiday.
