Bakers Close is the lower part of a traditional Fife house situated in the heart of Elie, with a small patioed garden. Was totally refurbished and is just back on the rental market.
This totally refurbished self catering property is all on one level and consists of a kingsized double bedroom with large mirror, shelved wardrobe, bedside tables and great reading lights. The bathroom is next door to this bedroom, beautifully tiled and finished to a high standard, and it has a bath, shower (from the mains - so endless hot water!) over the bath, wash hand basin and loo.
The 'adult sized' bunk room has a sash and case window, mirror and chest of drawers. The fitted kitchen is full of all quality cooking utensils and pots and all the mod cons, it has a window looking out over the patioed garden. The dining-room has an extendable round table with seating for four, along with a Welsh dresser, telephone and an ordnance survey map of the area adorning the walls. The sittingroom is a double aspect room which has a three seater settee, separate comfy chair and foot stool, along with a flat screened television (integral DVD player), real flame gas fire and French doors opening out onto the patio.
Testimonial from two renters : "We absolutely loved Bakers Close and thought it was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, and have been recommending to people already. The house was lovely and central in Elie, but felt private as it's tucked away off the main street - and the garden is a suntrap! An excellent location, so near to all the amenities in the village, just over the road from the beach and also a great base to explore Fife from. We will be back! Many many thanks!"
"Many thanks for renting out your property, it was tastefully decorated , very comfortable and we appreciated all the little homely touches around the place, it didn't feel like a holiday let at all. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful break with lots of fresh air and wonderful scenery."
