Detached cottage above Earlsferry overlooking The Elie & Earlsferry Golf Course in a rural setting within a lovely garden (5 minute bike ride into Elie or a 2 minute car journey). A converted barn, totally refurbished, all on one level with open plan kitchen/dining area plus large sitting room. Large conservatory. Great views to both the front and back of the property.
Accommodation
This totally refurbished, self catering and self contained bungalow, on a private road, and with its own garden provides 3 bedrooms (with twins or king sized double beds). Each bedroom has good storage, bedside tables, reading lights and mirrors. The bathroom consists of a bath, with shower over the bath, wash hand basin and loo. There is a separate loo and wash hand basin next to the front door.
The fitted kitchen has an electric cooker with halogen hob and is full of quality cooking utensils, pots/pans and all mod cons. The kitchen, dining and sitting room areas are open plan, adjoining a large conservatory overlooking fields and the golf course, Elie Bay and West Bay. The dining table sits 8. There is comfortable seating in the sittingroom and a real flame gas fire with a feature fire surround.
