Traditional terraced 17th Century Fife House over the road from the beach with wonderful sea, Elie harbour and Granary views!

Accommodation Downstairs

Coming from through the front door there is coat hanging space to the left and the stairs leading upstairs to the right.  If follow the hall through you come to the dining/kitchen which comprises of a fully fitted bright kitchen, with table and chairs for six.  From the kitchen you step down to the master bedroom with a king sized bed and an en-suite shower room (amazingly powerful shower!) with loo and wash hand basin.  There is a door leading from the kitchen to the garden.  The spacious (newly landscaped) garden comprises flower beds, a lawn and lovely new decking at the top of end (great suntrap) (PHOTOS TO FOLLOW).  Because of it's superb position the garden is a real suntrap.  It has a wonderful view of Elie harbour and the Granary, one of the villages most famous sites!

Upstairs Accommodation

At the top of the stairs on the right there is a spacious twin bedded room with views onto the back garden.  Opposite is the family bathroom with a white suite; fabulous LONG bath with shower attachment over it, loo and wash hand basin.  There is a double bedroom situated to the rear of the house with view over the garden. 

Opposite the double bedroom is a small sittingroom (with bed sofa) with a video player and a PS2 games consul  (a place for a bit of time out?) - a door then leads through to the lovely bright and good sized sittingroom with comfortable seating for 6 adults.  This room has two windows facing onto South Street.
