Toft Cottage is a beautiful sea front cottage with fabulous views in probably one of the most desirable locations in Fife.  The traditional cottage has recently been refurbished and occupies a wonderful situation overlooking the panorama of Elie beach.  It also has a beach front terrace overlooking the bay with a superb western outlook which ensures glorious views of sunsets and enjoys fabulous afternoons of sunshine.  It is within a few minutes walk of all the amenities of Elie including golf, tennis, shops and restaurants with the exception of the watersports club which is on your doorstep!  Probably with the best views in Elie, Toft Cottage, makes for the perfect location for a seaside holiday! 

Accommodation

On entering the cotage there is a hallway with access on the left to the kitchen and on the right a twin bedroom.  Continue up the stairs ahead is the bathroom to the right the master bedroom and the sittingroom is on the left hand side.

The Kitchen : A gorgeously cosy kitchen complete with Rayburn cooker which heats the radiators and hot water (there is an emersion heater also).  The kitchen is well equipped. There is a traditional dresser against one wall and the dining table and chairs are in the centre of the room.  A fabulous room for cooking and entertaining in. 

Twin Bedroom : This is a bright spacious room with two single beds, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.  It has the original beamed ceiling.

Sittingroom : This room can seat up to 10 comfortably.  The window seat is a favourite place for sitting and admiring the stunning views - an absolutely great place for watching the cricket on the beach during the summer (unless you're on the terrace of course!) or the beach rugby in the winter.  There is a real fire which helps add ambiance to cosey winter evenings spent at the cottage.  There are two large sofas and two coffee tables in there; there is also a TV with freeview and a built in DVD player.

Master Bedroom : A lovely bright room with a double bed tucked in to the bay window.  Fitted with a wardrobe, dressing table and chair.

Beach & Garden : The cottage benefits from a patio terrace which is across from the front door (over a small road) bordering the beach.  For the adventrous there is a ladder directly down to the beach. From here many a happy hour can be spent whiling away a summer's afternoon, sunbathing, BBQing, people watching or climbing up and down the ladder onto the beach!   There is also a small grassy area behind the cottage which may be used.
