Garden Cottage is a luxury self catering holiday home set in private gardens just off the main street in Crail. It has three large bedrooms and can comfortably sleep and accommodate eight. Spacious, modern and luxurious, it makes a perfect setting for a relaxing retreat with family and friends. The beach, shops and pubs are a stroll away. There's also private off street parking for two cars. The fully enclosed rear walled garden (approximately 30 feet wide by 90 feet deep) means you can put your feet up whilst the children (or adults!) play safely to their heart's content. There's a large lawned area that ideal for sunbathing or playing with a football. The patio has outside lighting so you can stay out long after dark!
Accommodation
On the ground floor there's a large, open plan space to the rear of the cottage which accommodates the kitchen, dining room and two living areas. High spec and fully fitted equipped, the kitchen comes complete with a SMEG range cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and all the crockery and cutlery you're ever likely to need. All you need to do is bring the chef!
To the side there is a large dining table that seats eight comfortably. Beside this is a cosy TV area, ideal for a family chill out after a busy day exploring. It has a large, comfy corner sofa by the fire and a widescreen multi-channel digital TV, DVD player and PlayStation 2 (there are games there also which may be used). One of the favourite spots in the cottage for relaxing are the two large sofas at the back of the living area.
With French doors on three sides that open onto the private beautifully landscaped garden, this area is flooded with natural daylight and is ideal for spending a bit of "me time" relaxing, reading the paper and enjoying a cup of tea of a well earned refreshment.
The spacious ground floor family bedroom has a king size double bed together with adult size bunk beds, triple wardrobes, a large chest of drawers and a TV/DVD player.
Completing the ground floor is a luxury family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and "mains" shower over the bath.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king size double bed double wardrobes, a chest of drawers, TV (with freeview) and a spacious en-suite shower room (shower off the mains). There are also a couple of comfortable chairs.
The large twin bedded room with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, a TV (with freeview) and views over the garden is delightful.

50% deposit to secure a booking.
Changeover days : Generally Saturday to Saturday.
What's included in the rental : Linen, towels, utilities along with a Welcome Folder (which is sent out once the deposit is received) - this includes details of where to eat in the vicinity, golf courses, art galleries, local shop and tourist information etc.
