The downstairs accommodation comprises two bedrooms and family bathroom with oak flooring and underfloor heating. First floor comprises a spacious and modern high specification dining/kitchen with balcony that provides an evening suntrap. There is also a comfortable and well appointed sittingroom. The second floor comprises the masterbedroom with a large en-suite shower room.
Outside the property has private parking and features clay pantile roofs and restored original external stone walls with natural stone detailing. Anstruther is ideally situated within the East Neuk of Fife for easy access to the beautiful villages and surrounds. St Andrews (the home of golf) is only 10 miles away. There are 30 golf courses within a 15 mile radius!
