Beach House is on the first and second floors of a traditional Victorian building with many original features.  Entrance via vestibule with original timber starecase and traditional decorative wrought ironwork.  The downstairs accommodation comprises of beautiful sittingroom with original cornice work, wood burning stove and french doors to a south facing balcony which takes full advantage of the breath taking views over the Firth of Forth.  Glazed doors separate the sittingingroom from a fully fitted kitchen.  There is also a family bathroom with over the bath shower.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms; one with a king sized bed and sea views, one double, one bunk room with bay window and sea view and a single room.  There is also a small loo with wash hand basin.  All bedrooms have original pitch pine panelling and storage.

Outside there is a sunny shared garden with direct access to the beach and garden/furniture/BBQ etc.

Please note to access Beach House there is an external stair case leading to the property.

What's included in the rental : Linen and towels, along with a Welcome Folder (which is sent out once the deposit is received) - this includes details of where to eat in the vicinity, golf courses, art galleries, local shop and tourist information etc.
