Beautifully refurbished and sympathetically restored this 16th century terraced property has been renovated to the highest standards.   Situated in South Street and running parallel to the beach, this stunning property is truly scrumptious!  It is kitted and fitted out to the highest standards; and to complete the picture has breathtaking views of Elie Harbour and the Granary.

Accommodation

Coming in through the black front door, you go through a stable door to the entrance hall.  To the right there is a small hall leading down to door to the garden and next to that is the utility room.

Carpeted stairs lead you to the first floor where the open plan sitting room/kitchen are situated.  There are fabulous views to the harbour from these rooms.  The dining area of the kitchen comprises of 4 breakfast bar stools (as per the photo) and breakfasting bar.  The sittingroom comprises of a 4 seater sofa and a club chair.  There is a flat screened, wall mounted, TV in the sittingroom and a feature living flame gas fire place.

Over the corridor is the excuisite family shower room with the masterbedroom next to that with a state of the art en-suite showerroom.  The spacious twin bedded room is to the front of the property, again with super views out to sea.  This also has a flat screened wall mounted TV.

The garden is dog proofed and consists of slabbing, flower beds and decking.  There is a fabulous set of basket weave table and 8 chairs.  There is also a gas BBQ.

The property is bright, spacious, immensley comfortable and oozes charm and character. 

PLEASE NOTE : The seating and sleeping accommodation comfortably accommodates 6.  The eating arrangements, ie, breakfast bar, has 4 stools, therefore accommodates 4 at a time.
