Over the corridor is a double bedroom overlooking the garden next to which is the exquisite family shower room, with the master bedroom and enquite shower room next to that.  The spacious twin bedded room to the front of the property has super views out to sea and a flat screen wall mounted TV.

The enclosed garden to the rear consists of patio slabbing, flower beds and a wooden decked area with a fabulous basket weave table and 8 chairs.

The property is bright, spacious, extremely comfortable and oozes charm and character.
